What you pay, in which currency, how it's protected, and who to contact.
ProudStage offers two kinds of payment: a one-time tip to a creator, and monthly support that renews until you cancel. Both are voluntary contributions to a creator you choose — there is no physical product to ship. Creators can also pay a monthly fee for a larger tile on the discovery wall.
All prices on ProudStage are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Tips and monthly support are amounts you choose. Wall-tile plans are 9.95, 14.95, or 19.95 USD per month depending on size. The exact amount and currency are shown on the secure checkout page before you confirm any payment.
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified payments provider — the highest level of certification available. Your full card number is entered on Stripe's secure, encrypted checkout and is never stored on or seen by ProudStage's servers. All pages and the checkout are served exclusively over HTTPS (TLS).
Money from tips and monthly support settles directly to each creator's own connected payout account and is paid out to their bank. ProudStage does not hold creator balances beyond what's needed to route a payment.
Monthly support can be cancelled anytime and stops at the end of the billing period. Tips are final once processed, except for duplicate, unauthorized, or erroneous charges. Full detail is on the Refunds & Cancellations page.
ProudStage is available only to verified adults aged 18 or older. You are responsible for ensuring that using the service and sending payments is lawful in your own country and jurisdiction. We may decline or restrict service where required by law or by our payments provider.
