Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to claim a page, upload content, or use ProudStage in any capacity. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement and that you have the legal right to do so in your jurisdiction.

2. Your page, your content

You are solely responsible for everything you upload, publish, or send through ProudStage, including your profile, photos, and messages. You confirm you own or have the necessary rights to everything you post.

3. License to display your content

By uploading content, you grant ProudStage a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute it on your profile page and on the discovery wall, solely for the purpose of operating the service. You can remove your content at any time; the license ends once it's deleted from our systems.

4. Prohibited content and conduct

Zero tolerance for content involving minors in any form, non-consensual material (including recordings shared without consent), impersonation of another person, doxxing, harassment, or promotion of illegal services. Violations result in immediate removal and loss of access to your page, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5. Contact flow

Messages sent through a creator's page are relayed by email. Don't use this flow to send spam, threats, or unsolicited commercial offers unrelated to the creator's work.

6. Payments, tips, and support

Tips and monthly support are voluntary payments to a creator, charged in US dollars (USD) and processed by our payments provider. Monthly support renews until cancelled. Full payment, currency, security, refund, and cancellation terms are set out on the Payments & Security and Refunds & Cancellations pages, which form part of these terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or remove any page that violates these terms, at our discretion, with or without notice. You may delete your page and data at any time by contacting us.

8. No warranty

ProudStage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will meet your specific needs.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProudStage's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us at hello@proudstage.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of ProudStage after changes constitutes acceptance.
